The Pink Floyd 1973 Collection is a new and exclusive Abbey Road Studios x Pink Floyd collaboration coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the seminal The Dark Side of The Moon recorded at Abbey Road between 30 May 1972 – 9 February 1973. Inspired by the familiar personality and visual language that runs through the fabric of the iconic album, the artwork has been reimagined and carefully selected for each product to illustrate the story of The Dark Side of The Moon like never before.
The year the album was released, 1973, with each of the band members placed within the numbers, as the refracted colours from the prism cascade down the front of the t-shirt. On the back, classic rainbow colours transition through the spoken word from the album which states, “There is no dark side of the moon, matter of fact it’s all dark.” Abbey Road Studios runs down the left sleeve printed in silver metallic, as a nod to the studios in which the iconic album was created.
100% combed organic cotton
