Description
Introducing the custom replica of the legendary EMI TG12345 Mk I Mixing Console made with LEGO® bricks*.
This limited-edition building set designed by Arran Hearn of Numode captures the detail of the iconic recording desk introduced at Abbey Road Studios in late 1968. Built by a team of technical engineers led by the legendary Mike Batchelor at EMI Central Research Laboratories, this was EMI’s solid-state mixing console. The TG12345 Mk I played a pivotal role in shaping some of Abbey Road’s most iconic albums – famously used by Geoff Emerick to record The Beatles' Abbey Road and greatly influencing its polished yet dynamic sonic character. Later iterations of the TG12345 extended into the 1970s, including the Mk IV used on Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon.
With only 300 sets available, this is your chance to own a true Abbey Road collector’s item.
